1、Membrane switch is to be installed in one go, otherwise the following adverse situation will appear;
a. Graphic overlay can be scratched easily causing inferior appearance.
b. Back adhesive can be damaged and the level of adhesion is downgraded.
c. The rebound function of the metal dome can be damaged leading to short circuit
d. For the embossed type, the tactile feel effect can be defeated.
e. Circuit can be broken easily causing malfunction of the product.
2、Care for installing connector:
a. Do not cause scratches on the tail
b. For tail with small pitch, ensure to align them properly to prevent improper connection or high resistance.
c、For part without housing, installation should be done in one go to prevent damage to the conductive ink on the pins causing bad contact.
3、When handling part with window(s), please take care not to make scratches which will defect the transparency of the window.
4、When handling part with LED’s, infra-red, sensor, anti-static measures should be taken in order to prevent damage to them.

2019: Increase investment of RMB 15 million and move into a new factory building (Foshan factory, introduce automatic printing production line, improve purification system, further improve the printing production environment, greatly increase production capacity), the factory area is 5000 square meters, with 1000 square meters of ten 10,000-level printing workshop, the annual sales of this factory area reached 6 million US dollars.
In October 2018, the Dongguan factory of the silicone factory was established.
Established PCBA Dongguan factory in December 2015.
March 2015: increased investment of 5 million RMB, and the plant area reached 2,500 square meters (relocated factory address)
2013: Established Guangzhou Jianming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for production and manufacturing, with a plant area of 1,300 square meters.
